The video won't upload, but in a nutshell, I was having a terrible day. And I just decided to take matters into my own hands. So I changed and worked out in my room. Pretty much just ended in me dancing to random songs, but hey,
dancing is exercise too. And it worked! So next time you are feeling glum, that is okay. It is normal. But don't just sit in stew because that only makes it worse. Get up, and do something. And I promise in less than an hour, you will feel great. :)
